Michael Qiu Qiu Zhang is an attorney licensed to practice in Oregon and Washington.

He works on RecordSponge, a criminal record expungement web application, as well as Tenant First Aid, a chatbot that answers questions for Portland renters. He works with the Clear Clinic and previously worked at the Metropolitan Public Defender in Portland.

He received his B.A. in Mathematics from Duke University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
